Let’s talk! During your first session, you will have a consultation with your personal trainer to identify your health and fitness goals. You will also perform a “Baseline” workout that is simple in design but meant to give the trainer an idea of where you are in your fitness journey.

Being an avid and competitive cyclist for over 15 years I was in great physical shape for most of my adult life. Stopping cold turkey 5 years ago and working out randomly, I had fallen completely out of shape and was a shell of my former self. I had a chance to meet with Nicole at a coffee shop that would change me physically and mentally.
