CORE ELEMENTS OF NUTRITION

nutrition reset
This is for clients that have or are tracking their macronutrients and simply need a reset. We will take into account your height, weight, activity level, age, etc. and create the macronutrient set that will help you reach your goals.
nutrition amplified
This is for clients that are wanting to improve their nutrition, reach their physique goals, and learn how to take a “diet” and turn it into a lifestyle. They also need a bit of accountability and guidance to stay on track. Clients will schedule a consultation, their tailored macronutrient numbers and food recommendations will be set based off of gathered information, and weekly check-ins will follow. Our nutritionist will be available by e-mail 24/7.
Even More Nutrition
This is for clients that need a bit more! We have taken Nutrition Lifestyle and boosted it by adding weekly, customized meal plans. Each meal will be tailored to your personal macronutrient numbers set to help you reach your goals. All you need to do is take a trip to the grocery store with our customized grocery list and then make the meals given.

Being an avid and competitive cyclist for over 15 years I was in great physical shape for most of my adult life. Stopping cold turkey 5 years ago and working out randomly, I had fallen completely out of shape and was a shell of my former self. I had a chance to meet with Nicole at a coffee shop that would change me physically and mentally.
